Not been out much recently because of a chest infection. But felt the dog needed a run on the beautifully sunny & extremely cold main beach. A flock of c 40 Golden Plovers flew low over the golf course. I mention it because, in my experience, we only get Golden Plovers in the north when it is very cold.
