I was walking back to my car around 6:15 this evening & a quick scan through my bins before I entered the last 100 metres of Blackthorn before the car park, & picked up the Iceland Gull flying in on the Musselwick side before joining the Gull roost beyond the bridge.
A distant record shot as it landed.
Also 2 (3?) GC Grebes in the bay, as was a Gannet fishing quite close in & Shoveler also on the sea with the Wigeon flock. Usual Waders, No Brent.
