Two or three Sand Martins always over Kingfisher Pond this last couple of days where yesterday 6 Chiffchaff feeding. Duck and wader numbers dropping but still variety with 2 Grey Plover, 1 Bar-tailed Godwit, 1 Greenshank and 2 Purple Sandpipers at their usual locations around the estuary today. The wintering Common Sandpiper still on the river in town on Sunday.
1 Great Crested Grebe and 1 Red-throated Diver early this morning in the bay, 3 Great Crested Grebes and 1 Common Scoter this afternoon.
