Willow Warblers on the Teifi

Two Willow Warblers singing near Kingfisher Hide this morning were our first of the year. The  flooded meadows of Pentood and Heron Pond look excellent for waterfowl. 4 Shoveler with the Teal and 4 Black-tailed Godwits flew in with the Curlew on high tide this morning. A Water Rail walking about feeding with the Moorhens too. Chiffchaffs and Cetti's singing, Sand Martins feeding on a good insect emergence this morning.
A Juvenile Iceland Gull flew past the Quay flying up river towards the marsh.
