Black redstart annoying the resident Wheatears by Renny Slip, resisting their attempts to chase it away. 2 Grasshopper warblers and a Whitethroat on the Deer Park. Chiffchaffs very visible along the drains and ditches around the mere. 2 Black-tailed godwit, 2 Whimbrel, a Snipe and a Ringed plover (flying over) the surrounding fields.
