Just a quick note of a Great Northern Diver around the moorings at Dale yesterday - I wonder if its the same birds which was seen here last year around the same time.
At Mullock a number of Lesser Whitethroats have just arrived and are singing in the scrub and a few Reed Warblers singing in Winterton Marsh now - late to arrive this year and the reeds are still only about 3' tall.
