My first visit to the area and while walking my dog along the old rail track first heard then saw a Cuckoo, my first of the year. There were lots of Blackcaps. Willow Warblers, Chiff-chaff and butterflies to be seen. After lunch in the Tafern Sinc a Swift was seen also a first of the year for me. I think I'll visit again!
