Fifty Dunlin and 25 Ringed Plover were tired arrivals on the falling tide at 4pm this evening.
Swifts, Swallows, Sand Martins and at least 1 House Martin feeding over the Marshes late evening.
The large numbers of Sedge Warblers we had before the weekend have moved on, but like some other sites in the UK good numbers of Blackcaps and Garden Warblers have arrived.
Late news, a Marsh Harrier was seen over the Marshes on the 23rd April (Angela Humphries), the day after an Osprey was seen flying through on the 22nd April (Gary Reynolds).
