in the drizzle. On the main beach a small flock of 1 each Dunlin, Ringed Plover & Sanderling. Off shore a Gannet. On the estuary single Common Sandpiper, Greenshank & Whimbrel (though recently there have been 2 or 3 of the last 2) & 2 Little Egrets.
The Shelduck brood had just 2 juvs remaining yesterday, & I couldn't see any today. Presumably all now flown.
