Yesterday evening a Dipper just below Treffgarne Bridge, and a Kingfisher slightly lower down the river. I have seen Dippers regularly here this year, but Kingfishers have been far more scarce than usual, presumably casualties of last winter.
Probably two Tawny Owls hooting in the woods along the river and, at c.2300, a Barn Owl hissed at me as it flew over.
