Willow Tit to Wigeon ...Teifi

Returning ducks include 3 Wigeon yesterday and new groups of Teal including 8 in off the sea.
Warbler passage similar to last post with Blackcaps and Chiffchaff the most numerous and a steady 3/4 Reed Warblers every day.  A Willlow Tit near the River View Point yesterday was a good sight and sound as were a flock of 26+ Sandwich Terns which remained around the estuary most of the day. At one point roosting on a mid river sand bar with 2 Common Terns
Green Sandpiper, Coots, Water Rails and Snipe are present on the Reserve from any of the hides depending on the tide and a 2nd Goosander has arrived on the river.
Wader numbers change with each high tide, Dunlin 86 today, 140 yesterday. Ringed Plover 26 today. 60 yesterday. 3 Sanderlings and Turnstone today added variety.
The Starling flock is now up to 120 and 4 Wheatears were around the headland.
