...and talking of hen harriers, driving to Pembroke Dock not long after first light (0745) this morning, I passed a ringtail hen harrier beating along the field edge in the other direction just over the hedge near Lewis's Garage, on the south (Poyerston Farm) side of the road. Unsafe to stop or turn, sadly.
