Divers, Ducks - North Pembs

I caught up with 4 of Richard's Great Northern Divers, close in to the breakwater and one Red Throated Diver further out.
One Eider possibly first winter over towards the ferry terminal.

Four Purple Sandpipers were the other highlight of this morning's visit to Fishguard on the Outer Breakwater. 8 Turnstone, 4 Ringed Plover and 55 Oystercatcher other counts of interest. Fulmar, Kittiwakes, Gannet, Razorbills and Guillemots seen too - signs of the windy conditions.

Over at Rosebush Resr, visits by ourselves followed by Steve Berry found 3 male Goosander, 7 Tufted Duck, 8 Goldeneye, and 4 Coot. All good winter visitors to North Pembs.
