Only had an hour before dusk
this alvo, but walked away from Angle village on tarmac drive towards
Kilpaison on coastal path. 2 Barwit were roosting with Curlew,
Oystercatchers and c 20 Dunlin, on part of creek closest to village.
Single female
Common Scoter & GND added a little interest to the 6 Great Crested
Grebe on the sea. Late Greenshank was nice & contrasted by several
roosting groups of Redwing joining half a dozen Fieldfare that had
settled noisily into woodland edge. All rounded off by
several distinct Starling murmur actions over Fort Popton & land
above Angle village as dusk set in.
