The mobile Cattle Egret chose to have a riverside morning - near St Dogmael's Quay today rather than in the more distant fields.
The Water Pipit was showing well at it's usual feeding stream, the outflow by Swallow Boats.
Redshank and Dunlin numbers both holding up well c 40+ of each, and the c1000 Lapwings are still in the estuary as the tide drops when mud available to roost.
