Only 1 singing Pied Flycatcher so far and no Redstarts this year yet in Llandilo Woods. Elsewhere today, 2 singing Garden Warblers at Rhosfach Common and Redstart nearby, where also a pair of Willow Tits seen. A display flighting Siskin was at Coed Glyn Aeron and Lesser Redpoll also present. Just along the road from here a look at an old Whinchat site turned up only Stonechat and none found in suitable habitats between here and Llethermawr. 6 singing Redstarts along this route was some compensation.
