The first real wader movement this morning on the rising tide including the first Sanderling, a group of 5 feeding with 70 Dunlin, 40 Ringed Plover, 1 Greenshank, 4 Curlew, 1 Whimbrel and 1 Redshank.
On the marsh a few more Reed Warblers singing this morning, we have only had about 6 returning birds so far.
8pm update - a stunning breeding plumage Knot joined the flock this evening.
