Late afternoon at low tide a small flock of 10 Knot including at least 3 moulting adults and nearby a juv Bar-tailed Godwit. A Peregrine then flushed the birdlife....
A second visit at 830pm on the high tide found 1 juv male (on size) Ruff with 6 Knot, 1 Whimbrel with 8 Curlew and a small wader flock which moved from Patch to Poppit beach to feed containing 6 Sanderling, 14 Ringed Plover and c20 Dunlin.
