Whooper Swan & north Pembs

A Whooper Swan flew over the marsh towards the gorge, then returned down river and wasn't relocated.

Six Goldcrests near the river view point was the best of the passerines this morning with a few Redwings and c20 Skylarks passing over west. c10,000 Starlings flew over early presumably they were roosting near the creek.
Waders included 1 Greenshank and 2 Black-tailed Godwits on the reserve, 6 Redshank and 1 Knot opposite St Dogmael's Quay and c12 Ringed Plover and c6 Dunlin at the Webley.
A couple of Red Admirals still on the wing and a small Slow-worm on the main track through the reserve proved an attraction (moved to safety).

Rosebush Resr;- 5 Wigeon were unusual for here, but no diving duck...
