c130 Common Gulls, including Green J3M6 which was ringed as a 1cy in Norway in Aug 2015, & has been at Newport every Winter since. The Black Headeds included Black 2BAJ, another Winter regular ringed in less exotic Solihull as a chick in July 2016. Also 2 Med Gulls.
The Water Pipit was showing well with the BHGs just down from the bridge.
(Who/what tells Bird Track that 50+ Common Gulls is an unusually high count for Pembs?. In Winter at Newport for the last few years less than 50 is an unusually low count.)
