In reverse order, this evening a Cuckoo calling at Trewarren Farm St Ishmaels, two GC Grebes (?) close in at Monkhaven - I went down there on the spur of the moment & left my bins & camera at home - Earlier I rode to Martins Haven, 4 Wheatears, 2f & 2m one male quite vivid in it`s colour. In Sash`s garden, 3 Blackcaps, 2m 1f, one of the males looked completely knackered, struggling to fly as I walked past. Lots of Chiffchaffs in the hedgerows West of Trehill, what I noticed most was the amount of Goldfinches, c50 between St Ishmaels & Marloes.
