I was rudely awoken from an afternoon nap in the garden by a Crow making a racket. Looking up it was mobbing a Red Kite. Kites seen daily for over a week now - passage birds as per Skokholm or a local pair I wonder?
First Whitethroat yesterday, still plenty of Chiffchaffs and Blackcaps. Yet to see a Swallow!
