The Gann

Cycling past the Gann  en-route to St Ann`s Head I paused for a quick look across the bay, straight away I picked up eight Sandwich Terns heading in, they hung around for a few before minutes before heading off over Philbeach. Taking a walk along Pickleridge  a GN Diver surfaced in front of me, (which surprised us both!)  1 Common Sandpiper over the lagoon, c40 Dunlin with 7 RPs & on my way back to my bike 4 more Sandwich Terns flew close inshore fishing.
Around 0730 this morning there were about 20 Brent on the low water mark  - viewed from Trewarren Farm side above Musselwick.
