A good show of Yellowhammers around National Trust’s Folkeston Farm, near Nolton first thing this morning. At least
10 singing males and a few females. Also
1 Grasshopper Warbler,
2 Lesser Whitethroat,
2 Garden Warbler,
1 Sedge Warbler,
4 Reed Bunting and
2 Bullfinch pairs. The large hedges now busy with lots of Chiffchaffs, Willow Warblers, and Blackcap too. Plenty of Swallows feeding over the fields as well.
