Odd Starling?

This bird has been seen in the last few days at a feeder at Butterhill near St Ishmaels. I can only think it is a rather odd juvenile starling but does anyone else have any other ideas? (Remembering what happened when we posted an ordinary, but rather late, Lesser Whitethroat in 2013?)
