Osprey, still at the Gann

As Derek reports the Osprey put in an appearance around 5:45. He's getting the hang of mullet snatching, and it didn't take him long to come up with a small mullet from the top of the pools, which he drifted off with north west wards, with a group of ever hopeful crows. Where does it go? A 1cy GBB gull bearing a Skokholm ring W:362

Most astonishing sight of the night were two kayakers who thought it a good idea to paddle right through the 80 Brent geese, who were resting just offshore, Derek gave them an earful and they seemed to get the message, but they turned their attention to the roosting oystercatchers over on Musselwick side and flushed them! Total ignorance amongst other things!
