All quiet on the Teifi Marshes but a Bar-tailed Godwit dropped in for a quick bathe before flying off down river to the estuary, and may join the 3 Black-tailed Godwits that were opposite St Dogmael's Quay yesterday. The Wigeon flock has grown from 12 to 20 this morning - completed overshadowed by the 500 Wigeon on the Pembroke River (Chris Taylor)
A dark phase adult Arctic Skua was harassing passing Kittiwakes in the river mouth and 5 Common Scoter flying west. Quick counts in the estuary on the rising tide, 153 Barnacle Geese, 11 Little Egrets, 3 Grey Herons, and 18 Mute Swans.
