A good day for Pembrokeshire

Not often there are two National rarities on the Pembrokeshire mainland on the same day, but the adult Bonaparte's Gull reappeared at the Gann today, on the lagoon from around 11:45 until 12:30 before departing.  The King Eider was still at Goultrop Roads at around 4pm, in the company of 2 Slavonian Grebes and 2 Great Northern Divers (as well as 12+ Mediterranean Gulls), and we finished with the 2 Black Redstarts still on and around the house at Crabhall before dusk.
