Searching in vain for the Bonaparte`s this morning in almost unbirdable conditions, plenty of BHGs feeding in the surf lately offer some hope of seeing it later maybe on the incoming tide. Some small compensation however was offered in the form of this Ruff with a couple of Grey Plovers.
