A couple of years ago the National Parks dug out a scrape in the reed bed alongside the Broad Haven Board walk / Slashpond.
Today 14 Snipe flew up as I peered over the fence at midday – the first evidence I have of its use. They circled for several minutes with a few returning to enjoy the mud
