A wander across Dale Airfield this afternoon in the vain hope of finding a Dotterel or a Buff-breasted Sandpiper. Sadly neither, but a female Merlin was unseasonal and a nice little flock of 12 Ringed Plover. Hardly anything else in the blustery conditions. (Dave & Lisa)
