Another great day, started with Lisa picking up a flock of 7 Great Egrets moving rapidly south this morning, too quick to be sure of the identity but picked up over Skokholm where the identity was pleasingly confirmed. After cleaning the toilets, Lisa then moved on to a cuppa and finding a male Woodchat Shrike, which was still here at dusk but never close.
Some superb views of the breeding Short-eared Owls, and great to see lots of young birds all over the island including fledged Stonechat and Wheatear.
