Perfect evening for some wagtailing, and with encouraging news from Andy B who I met on the track up, off I went. 4 Yellow wagtails, 3 juveniles and a much brighter adult still in the stoney field with the sheep that Ian S reported. We don't see enough this far west so always good to catch up with some. Lots of Wheatear, at least 25. Tree pipit calling loudly from, or just over, the same field as the wagtails. 3 Curlew and calling Ringed plovers heading east. Peregrine being followed by a group of chattering swallows. Single Willow warbler on the track up.
