The juvenile Osprey still up the river late morning and a juvenile Marsh Harrier caused some consternation amongst the 6 Little Egret present but it soon disappeared. At least 30 Redshank and 6 Greenshank roosting on an island in the lagoon, waiting for some mud to appear. A smallish group of waders on the beach at high tide contained a juvenile Curlew Sandpiper, a juvenile Sanderling, a juvenile Turstone, 2 juvenile Ringed Plover and 18 Dunlin (all juveniles!).
