Marloes Mere: 100s of Swallows passing through, Willow warbler, Sedge warbler. 2 Sparrowhawk side by side across the mere. Duck numbers have increased c100 Mallard, 25 Teal, 5 Shoveler, continually flushing, probably by a fox. Green sandpiper and 4 Snipe.
Last light at the Gann: 20 Redshank, 20 Dunlin, 6 Greenshank, 4 Ringed plover, 3 Turnstone, a Blackwit and a Common sandpiper. 7 Little egret in the roost. 4 Little grebe. 8 Med gulls (6 adult, 2 1st winter).
