A juv Goshawk was chasing corvids at Whitesands and at The Head there was a Whinchat, Spotted Flycatcher, about 25 Willow Warblers, 8 Whitethroats, 5 Wheatears, Blackcap and a couple of Chiffchaffs plus a few Swallows etc. 40+ Stonechats were present, a good breeding season apparently, and the first tranch of Robins already in.
