Castlemartin Corse

Richard C's excellent banner panorama photo (at the time of writing) shows the Corse as it was just over 2 weeks ago, with standing water (thanks to the outfall at Freshwater West being blocked). The water is now flowing freely and the Corse is once again bone dry, and the birds have drained away along with the water. Today, just a few snipe. The usual kestrel was being mobbed by crows, as was a passing red kite who flapped down the Corse. (The hide, for anyone who hasn't been, is directly under the first "e" of Pembrokeshire.)
