Following the shocking reports from the latest Birds of Conservation Concern, it was nice to have a Greenfinch in Haverfordwest today. In the spring I regularly heard at least one singing male near my home and saw females almoat daily as well, although this is only my third of the autumn following a flyover and lovley views of a male at the other end of town a few weeks back.
