The Bird Group AGM will be held in the same manner as last year, with
voting by email. This will not be a Zoom type meeting so there is no
need to be available on a specific day in order to participate in the
business of the AGM.
If you would like to participate in the AGM then please email
pdroyle@orlandon.co.uk in the next seven days. ONLY MEMBERS OF THE
WILDLIFE TRUST OF SOUTH AND WEST WALES ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN
THE AGM.
Once I have a list of those wishing to participate then I will send them
the various papers for the AGM together with details of the voting at
the AGM. Most of the current Committee is up for re-election this year
so we need enough people to "attend" so that they can be properly
re-elected.
