From Alf & Carol Williams: Skylarks singing everywhere around Dinas Mountain and five Golden Plover flew in and landed whilst we were on the top of the mountain at lunchtime some showing signs of their breeding plumage. Later about 20 GP's were seen flying north towards Dinas Island . A Blackcap was heard singing on the road above Bessie's at Pontfaen mid afternoon.
