Gann

An increase in Med Gull this evening with 4 2nd calendar year birds: the long stayer on the lagoon and 3 more on the beach, all with very worn flight feathers and in active moult.  A few waders about, highlight a Black-tailed Godwit along with singles of Sanderling, Ringed Plover and Dunlin.  A Lesser Whitethroat singing again by the car park.  4 adult Mute Swan appeared today, been a while since we last had one here.  The 2 Shelducklings continue to thrive.
