Been a long time coming but finally the tswee of a Yellow-browed warbler by Dale Fort late this afternoon. It was in the ash tree opposite the gate to the coast path, and then in the blackthorn towards the entrance to the Field Studies Centre. Otherwise quiet compared to recent days, just a few Goldcrest, Blue and Coal tits on the road up from Dale, 6 black-beaked Blackbirds (none I could make into an Ouzel), flock of Chaffinch in the sycamores and 8 Redwing. 6 Swallows heading south.
