A smart moulting Black-tailed Godwit this evening in the company of 3 non-breeding plumage Bar-tailed Godwits, only the second time I have seen the latter here this year.  At least 4 Mediterranean Gulls (3 2CY, 1 3CY).  Nearly all the birds we have seen in the last week (up to 19) have been 2CY or 3CY, the adults having departed/moved through towards their breeding grounds.

But the biggest surprise was a pair of Gadwall briefly on the lagoon mid-afternoon, only my second record for the site.
