A 4CY+ male marsh harrier ended a bird drought at the Corse, hopefully the start of a bit of passage. It flew down, then up, the Corse - I searched for it again upstream but could not relocate it. A closer view showed it to be moulting wing and tail feathers.
Also: buzzard, kestrel, water rail, grey heron, families of stonechat and whitethroat, meadow pipits, swallows, goldfinches.
