On the Cresswell River this morning an Osprey sat on a post for some time eventually flying down river towards Lawrenny briefly. Unfortunately it passed me just as the heavens opened for a 5 minute cloudburst but I managed to rattle of a few shots. Returning up river towards Cresswell Quay it caught a fish and returned to it's post to eat it.
Also 1 Greenshank, 1 Whimbrel and a Red Kite. on the Cresswell and Carew Rivers a total of 16 Little Egrets.
