Steve W saw 2 ospreys up the Cresswell River early. When we arrived at the shore, one was on the tall post upstream in the Carew River. By the time we got back from the Lawrenny end, it had moved to the top of a dead tree to eat a large fish - thanks to Phil and Jane G for putting us onto it. Distant record shot for atmosphere, too fuzzy to crop. Also whimbrel, greenshank, curlew, oystercatchers, little egrets....
