Minwear Wood

Second visit to Minwear in three days - still no wood warblers. On Thursday I also dived into Canaston Wood, to usual areas, none found there either. Only one garden warbler singing on Thursday. 

But a lovely walk round Minwear today. The huge clear area on the south side of the road opposite the picnic site and layby, through the first belt of trees, had at least three displaying tree pipits. And, into the sun, my first spotted flycatcher of the year. And lots else, a long list for BirdTrack.
