West Williamston Osprey

I'd walked a short way N along the shore when an osprey flew in from the Lawrenny direction, carrying a smallish fish. It settled in a fallen tree on the opposite shore and ate for a few minutes, distant record shots below. It then flew further up the Carew River still carrying the fish and calling briefly. It settled in a distant dead tree roughly opposite the Tything Barn's bit of shore. The tall post in the channel which used to be the favourite perch is no longer there.
