A Short-eared Owl out hunting just below the Deer Park steps at 1655 tonight. We had not seen any signs 10-15 minutes earlier, nor any on the Deer Park itself, so possibly roosting locally rather than commuting over from Skomer (where the team had 8 Shorties the other day!)
