Nice surprise from my office window when a fem type Black Redstart appeared on a telegraph wire just across the road and then briefly on the nearby house roof before flying off, not to be seen again!
Of course, as always, I had my bins to hand!
Fittingly this was my 50th species for my 'garden' list, after living here for nearly 3 months..
